Can this actually be true? I found this allegation unbelievable but decided to share. According to blogger, Sheifunmi,our very own Omosexy bought her way into the 2013 Times most influential list with a whooping $650,000 which is about a 100 million naira.

If you recall, Sheifunmi had big twitter rows with Davido and Wizkid when he published stories that Davido's dad was dating a young Uni lag girl and claimed Wizkid is disrespectful to his mum...

Riot begins at Anambra State University after the death of two students

 

There was riot in Igbariam campus in Anambra State University this morning. Heard things have died down a bit. 

 

According to unconfirmed reports which I am getting from students of the school, who are also sending in photos, armed robbers invaded the students' lodge last night to rob and they ended up shooting quite a few students. One student died last night, while another one who was shot died early this morning in the hospital.

Laide Bakare's ex - husband says he's the father of her new baby boy

Laide Bakare welcomed a baby boy on Friday May 31 in New York and now her estranged first husband, Olumide Okunfulure (pictured above with her) is claiming he's the baby daddy. The thing; Laide Bakare is married to another man, Tunde Oriowo.

The first husband, Olumide, is claiming he was still married to Laide when she fell pregnant and quit their marriage controversially without hinting him. He's basically saying he's had intercourse with Laide in the last nine months and says he's the biological father of the baby boy.

The new Mr. Universe Nigeria got a brand new Honda Accord and will represent Nigeria at the upcoming Mr. Universe Model Pageant in Dominican Republic.

Violent Clashes Reported In Boundary Town Between Nasarawa, Benue States

Reports indicate that heavy fighting is ongoing in Rukubi, Doma Local Government Area of Nasarawa State. Rukubi is a village at the boundary between Nasarawa and Benue states.

A resident claimed on phone that several houses have been razed, and many people killed or injured in the clash.

Another resident, who claimed to have narrowly escaped being killed, also said via telephone that many residents are holed up in their houses afraid for their lives.

Doma local government has witnessed some violent clashes recently, largely between herdsmen and farmers.

I can't really say if there is. But as a human being and as a songwriter, it is difficult to write a song without writing about your life and experience. He surely inspired me in writing some of the songs in the album.

Babcock student loses 8 family members in car accident on their way to her graduation

One of Babcock's best graduating student, Margaret Okwuikpo, lost eight members of her family in a horrific auto accident on Friday May 31st in Port Harcourt. Margaret's father, grandmother, sisters, brothers and a cousin were on their way to her graduation ceremony, which was to take place on Sunday June 2nd, when the commercial bus they were traveling in crashed.

Margaret's mum, brother-in-law and two other people survived the accident and are being treated in the hospital.May their soul rest in peace.
