10 Background Information on Skin Care

Tips on Skin care
1. Drink 2 liters of water daily
2. Enjoy a diet rich in fresh fruit and vegetables
3. Try to have a sound, restful sleep
4. Take high quality supplements, including vitamin and mineral and an Omega essential fatty acids
5. Practice a daily skin care regime
6. Know your skin type
7. Exercise regularly
8 Keep stress levels to a minimum
9. Limit intake of caffeine and alcohol
10. Avoid excess exposure to extremes of temperture
